Pricing and Payment
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We currently accept payments through SumUp only. SumUp is a secure payment system.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
PRIVATE TUITION
Private tuition is non-refundable. You will be charged for the session if you do not provide 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your private lesson. If you provide more than 72 hours notice, MRC DANCE will try their best to reschedule your appointment, but if this cannot be done, you will be charged for missing your private lesson.
OPEN CLASSES:
Classes that are paid for in advance as a block payment:
If you are unable to attend a session of your pre-paid classes, you will not be credited. If you are unable to attend a session due to a class being cancelled (eg: the teacher is unwell, reasons out of their control), you will be refunded or a credit can be issued for a future class.
Pay-as-you-go classes:
If you are unable to attend your PAYG session, you will not be credited. If you are unable to attend the session due to a class being cancelled (eg: the teacher is unwell, reasons out of their control), you will be refunded or a credit can be issued for a future class.

At all times we will do our best to safeguard your privacy. We will only collect personal details appropriate to the service you require. We may contact you for the purposes of providing information about new or existing products, or to ask for your valued feedback. Promotions
We may issue you with promotional codes. Promotional codes validity can be cancelled at any time without prior notice. Promotional codes are only redeemable on our website and will have a maximum of one year before expiry date.
Scratch-cards
Scratch-cards may be issued during some events. Scratch-cards are valid for 3 months after receipt. Redeemable by contacting MRC DANCE via email or social media. Not in conjunction with any other coupons/offers. Subject to availability.
