5 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD HAVE A FIRST DANCE FOR YOUR WEDDING-
- It takes away the stress of ‘wedmin’ every session making sure you’re just focusing on each-other and spend time bonding.
- It helps to build confidence as you will have a routine and moves to follow rather than trying to make it up or awkwardly sway on the spot!
- Adding onto the second point- photographers and videographers have said they love what MRC DANCE is all about as the moves help each couple be more effortless and comfortable in-front of the camera- making for great videos and photographs.
- It’s a fab ice breaker to get your guests to enter the dance-floor part of your day!
- It’s a great surprise for your guests, whip out a routine and admire all those reactions!
“We had an incredible time during our dance lessons! Maisie was patient, funny, and taught us so much. We enjoyed every moment, and it didn’t even feel
like a lesson — more like being taught by a friend. We just went with the flow, making it both exciting and totally pressure-free. Thank you so much.”-Larissa & Razvan 2024
FAQs:
- Where do you teach?
Wedding lessons are held at the Suncliff Hotel in Bournemouth in a lovely intimate studio! - But we have “two left feet”?
I’ve taught many couples/people in the past who believe they have ‘two left feet’ at first. I will never give you a routine that’s past to your dance ability if you’re a beginner and I have been known to be incredibly patient 🙂
Any jokes aside, my job is to make you feel comfortable and confident and to get you dancing together, so regardless of your thoughts on your dance ability, give it a try and I’ll do my best to persuade you otherwise/make you feel like a pro! - When do we get started?
I would recommend starting your sessions at least 3 months before your wedding to allow for a relaxed experience with time in-between the sessions and additional sessions if you wish. - My wedding isn’t until late 2025/2026, can I just put a deposit down?
Yes absolutely! A small non-refundable deposit can be placed to secure your wedding package and make sure I save a place for you and your dance for ’25/’26.
